How to you report a bot or scammer?

I came across a “member” that I am rather confident is a scammer or bot based on the responses. How do I report them. I was looking at the posts and member info but did not see a report button anywhere?

How do i let Rokslide that there is a scammer listed on Rokslide.
he or she has scammed me on Tradtalk. with is buddy.

maybe a Tapatalk thing. I don’t use Tapatalk and every post has an image of a bell and “report” as a selection in the lower left corner.
