How to tell if powder is bad?

Got some powder that is about 20 years old. Is there a reliable way to tell if powder has gone bad? It looks normal, and does not smell bad. Any other things to check before I fire up a couple loads? Is H4350 and H414 (if the powders matter).

Clumping, ammonia smell, any kind of rusty/orange looking deposits, these are all signs it's gone bad.

Yup, none of that. Might have a winner with the H414 and the 107 TMK I’m gonna try for my 6CM.

Have fun, but don't forget to re-work your load development if you buy a new batch of the same powder.
