Have a Mathews Traverse I’m looking to sell but haven’t posted it yet as I don’t have the original box and am at a loss for how to package it for shipping without the original box. The bow has never been to the field - just to the range a few times.

Any ideas on how to package this?

Like Max said, I went to my local shop and asked for an extra box.... they gave me 4 so I could pick the one that fit best.
It’s all garbage to them.

As others have stated, try your local bow shop.

Or your local UPS may have the box you need + packing material.

I've just made boxes to ship bows. Get 1 or two large sheets of cardboard, fold some corners and tape it together.

Thanks guys - contacted my local Pro Shop and they were more than willing to part with a couple of boxes. Item shipped. Also like the idea of just making a box out of cardboard. I did that once to ship a rifle case.
