This seems like one of the best options for the 1X MZ restrictions many of us have now. I have the older one with the chevron and it's just hard to be precise.

Any thoughts or alternatives?

I wasn’t a fan of the PA last year. I can’t remember if it was the GLX or SLX, but remember it being the more expensive one. Chevron covers too much of the view. I’d recommend an Aimpoint H-2 2 MOA red dot.

Sight in your muzzy so the aim point is the peak of the chevron, like old iron sights.

Sight in your muzzy so the aim point is the peak of the chevron, like old iron sights.

I did, it was still too much for me. I’m not a fan of the chevron. Makes it hard to aim when the rest of the chevron is covering the animal at that range.
