I'm surprised no one is selling this type of thing.Thats a pretty slick idea right there.
I have a leash I just took it off when I made this.Never say never.
I'd need a leash on it to feel confident.
If you pull it out real fast it makes noticeable noise, normally it'd be out before it matters I would think. I usually have my release wrapped with hockey tape, after I put it back on it came out much quieter. It also makes some noise if you shake the bow where the kydex touches the riser but a bit of mole skin would solve that, or I could just attach it differently through the eye holes. It's only my first try so I am sure there are many things to improve on.How quiet is it to remove your release from?
You can get everything on Amazon, I got my stuff from knifekits.com. I shouldn't claim to know anything about kydex YouTube will be your friend here as it was mine.Looks good man! Any suggestions on where to get/how to work with the kydex?

pretty much the same thing as a handgun holster, wouldn't worry about that falling out.Can it fall out of there? Not sure I'd trust that in the mountains.
Awesome, I'd like to see what you come up with since you actually know what your doing.Ok now that's cool! I've made dozens of kydex holsters and may have to give this a go.
Currently I just use a piece of para cord that I made an adjustable loop with and I just tuck it in my sleeve. Challenge is that once is connect to the d loop, I'm tethered.
