Unless you are reenacting the battle of Agincourt there is no reason to shoot dozens of consecutive arrows.
Quality reps are good but fatigued reps are not so good and can be damaging to your improvement.
Stop before you're tired. Shoot 10-12 good form shots then rest 5 minutes, repeat. You can do this at 5 yards in your garage into a good bag target or a Big Shot Ironman target where you focus on form and not a 10 ring.
