Fairly new to this forum but pretty experienced in three others. The worst one I dropped it got so bad, and ironically, it is the biggest one. But the other two are run well just like Rokslide. Wonder what that says about society?

New guy here as well. Did not get through all six pages of this thread but I wanted to chime in and say I love the kind and helpful tone on this forum. I would post more but the Search Button is my best friend for now on this site. The admins have done a wonderful job managing Rokslide. And the wealth of knowledge here is incredible. I'm sure once I finally get my family to Montana I will bomb you guys with questions. I promise none of them will be, "Where it the best place to hunt for elk?"

Maybe the Alone Guy thread could be reposted on its merits of 'how not to join a forum', 'how not to make friends', and 'how to get banned'.

Sorry - I'll let it go. I was just disappointed to wake up to see how it transpired overnight, only to find it gone. Us east coasters are at a disadvantage you know, having to hit the rack earlier than the west coasties...

Unfortunately it was "Spam cleaned" as it removes all threads he had posted(just think easy button for mods when we have a bot posting everywhere). When that happens it deletes all his posts aside from new threads.
