Second time suppressor purchaser. I believe I had a very savvy local shop that assisted me. Maybe almost too savvy. Before I knew it, I was done. Accounts and passwords created. Credit cards run.

Used their Silencer Shop kiosk and their iphone photos. While completing the kiosk entry I was asked about a single person trust. I assumed it would delay and lengthen the process. The person assisting me said "no way....I just elected to put my GF on one I did last week. I was approved yesterday".

So I selected that option. Got several near immediate emails. Then notifications the following Monday from SS stating Missing Info.

My GF did NOT submit prints. Per my shop none of that needed to be completed until I physically obtain the can, and can be completed any time after that. Sounded odd.

He mentioned that there was an error of sorts on his end and his submission. And he was rectify that on Monday. Been a couple weeks.

My SS Portal shows Signature Status: Complete and my eATF forms as "Queued". I see no pending, active or other forms on my eATF page show ZERO ALERTS. Am I stuck in limbo somewhere?

I can log into both Silencer Shop and eATF. What should I be expecting to see and what's next?

Everyone else seems to progress through at lightening speed. My gut says something is off or wrong or submitted incorrectly, and/or this single trust needed to be more thoroughly completed at time of submission.

I think I'm following you here, so with that assumption here is my take:
1. On your SS profile check to see if you are marked to submit as a trust or as an individual,
2. If you added GF as responsible person on the trust prior to submittal (or prior to submittal for any future suppressor) that person will need to perform all the same steps as you (SS profile, prints, photo and then docusign on the trust application for suppressor). You will certify through eFile for the trust, other responsible parties do not need to be / are not involved in that step.
3. The trust document must be uploaded to your SS profile. On the paperwork you docusign (box 2a) the trust would be noted or your name if Individual application.
4. Once you docusign (as individual or all responsible persons of trust) then SS will review those signed documents and provide another email indicating you are ready to certify through efile (in person or remote session with your SOT).
.... I think that about covers it...
