Im shooting about once a week, but I've been really busy lately so less than that. I walk out back and shoot about three groups of 3 at 100yards. I figure if im still hitting good out there I'm still in good shape. come spring and summer I shoot every day for about an hour. all distances, angles, guessing range and shooting, shooting from knees and odd positions, and trying to improve form. Sometimes I shoot 100 or 90yards and then run to the target and back and shoot again and repeat. try to make accurate shots at long range while exercising.
