Feathered Friends has a habit of understuffing their bags. A friend ordered a flicker and sent it back. She then ordered basically the same bag from Z-Packs and is tickled with it.

FF makes good stuff, I have two of their bags. The second one was ordered with a two-ounce overstuff.
