How many lions have you seen in your blacktail hunting area this year?

Has anyone seen an abundance of mountain lions in the California B zone this year. I have not personally seen any yet but my buddies who hunt in B1 have seen 5. They are not sure if any of them have been the same but they do know at least 3 were different cats because two running together looked like they were from this years litter. On opening weekend of rifle season one cat stocked within 20 yards of him before he ever knew it was there.

We ran into two cubs opening weekend of archery.

Saw one last year in a B zone. It was the first one I had while backpack hunting. I also saw 8 bears on that trip which was also a record for that area for me.
