Curious your preferred method.. I can't imagine it makes much difference, does it?
Assuming your lines have a loop tied in one end and you are using something like a taut-line hitch - do you run your loop around the webbing on the tent, and then your loose end around your stake, or do you put the loop on the stake and run your loose end through the tent webbing?
