How do we fix the access problem of eastern hunters?

^^question is whether that is a lack of opportunity, or if that IS an opportunity. Different answer for different folks, but I tend to look at that as an opportunity for me becasue it means I have a better experience if I'm willing to work just a little bit harder.

Kansas has 1.1 million acres of private land leased for public hunting (called WIHA - Walk-In Hunting Access). That's a great model for any state to replicate. They just gotta do it.
