How do I become a better archer?

I got a bow before last season but didn't shoot it often enough to be proficient for hunting. I'm vowing to change that this year and just got done shooting some. I did fine at 20 yards or under but at thirty yards my group opens up severally and I would not feel good at taking a shot at that distance.

How do I improve? I know if I keep doing the same things over I'm only going to reinforce bad habits. What drills should I be doing to increase my accuracy and my range?
Any way that you could take a pic of you at full draw and post it up here? As well as a video of your shot sequence?

I agree with finding a good pto shop that you trust. Where are you located? I'm sure there is someone on here that can point you in the right direction. There are some great resources online too. John Dudley does the Nock On podcast and has the same you tube channel and has some awesome info. Phil from No Limits Archery does the Championship Bowhunting podcast which is really good as well.
