How do you balance shooting with fitness

I’ll start by saying that I lift weights 3x a week. If I lifted 5x I would drop my draw weight 5# so there was zero question I could get my reps in. That will do zero to your effectiveness on elk but will be huge in your effectiveness in your practice sessions.
 
It sounds like you’re really on top of it dude. If that is sustainable I wouldn’t burn yourself out. Gotta make time for the fam and not be exhausted at work at the end of the day.
