Hot Sauce Recommendation?

That Belizean habanero is really tasty too. After Christmas , I had about 35 bottles of various sauces from gifts haha. Now I have about 7.

We somehow go through a couple bottles a week most times. I think my wife does shots of it when I'm gone.

I know this isn't hot sauce, but if you are a mustard fanatic, Bushel and Pecks sells Ringhands Beer Mustard. Some of the best I have ever had. It is made by Janis Ringhand, a former WI state senator in Evansville, WI. Got a care package in the mail today from my Sis in WI with 2 fresh jugs of the stuff. I am very happy right now.
