Looking for something a little more than the mild mexican sauces in the grocery...

Grew up on Tobasco of all flavors, Ive worn that stuff out.

Those specialty sites seem the way to go

My buddy at work makes hot sauce. His garlic hot sauce is my favorite of his. Here's his site if you want to check it out.

I have ran the course with Frank's. Recently started with Old Bay. Which is an East Coast thing I believe. Does well with seafood.

Louisiana in my opinion is the best all around sauce. Good one everything

I use hot sauce daily and I like a lot of heat, but want flavor more so. These are the brands I have found that each flavor has a unique...flavor.

I was just at a very big food expo in Anaheim, and the Hot n Saucy was one of the best samples I had all week.

El Yucateco all day. I like the green a bit more than the red, but both are great. Spectacular to mix for a spicy mayo.

These are more like 3-4/5 for spice level, but nothing crazy. Should be able to find in a big supermarket and definitely in any place with a decent Mexican selection.

I don't think people are reading your post(s), lol. The Los Calientes ones are always raved about by the guests on the Hot Ones show. The "medium" range would probably be perfect as a 2/5 or 3/5 range.

This is my all time favorite, just hot enough and great taste. Cholla and other were always on the fishing boats I go on, then one time I took some on board, next time out they had stocked the galley with this one. Any grocery store has it.Resized_20240318_173055.jpeg
