Wife and daughter may be getting into the hunting game (mostly deer and moose) and am looking to add a low recoil rifle for them to use. After perusing the builds on here, am quite intrigued by the 6mm ARC Howa Mini option, but don't reload and am having difficulty finding any availability of the factory Hornady ELDM/ELDX offerings in Canada. Does anyone have any info on when stock may be replenished up here?
And considering the difficulty in finding 6ARC ammo, am I better off going with a Tikka in .243? (minimum of .240/6mm to hunt here)
