So first off - I have zero experience sewing any of the siltarp material or even much sewing in general. This might be more hassle than its worth but just a thought....
But I was looking at my Oware 9'x9' pyramid tarp/tent and got the idea from looking at the Kifaru annex that maybe I could make a annex to attach into my existing door zipper to add a fly and a bit of floor space without actually cutting a stove jack into the tent.
Similar idea to the Big Agnes "wedgie" to make a sleeping bag a bit larger.

That way I could keep my existing set up as lite as possible during earlier hunts and take the "annex" and a stove on later hunts.
One thing throwing me is since the Oware tent is a square bottom I think the annex would have to be sewn at an angle to include a "beak" to make the geometry work.
Has anyone else thought about doing this with a Oware, Golite or Bearpaw?
So essentially making the door face pop outward to make the tent 5 sided
