Got some test loads worked up with the 168's for my STW. Hoping to get out and shoot some groups this weekend. I also picked up some 175's to play with. Running a ladder with varying charges of H1000 to see if I can find an accuracy node. Running them at box length.

Made it out to the range last weekend and sent about 15 of the 168's down range with different charges. Found a pretty good combo at 75 grains of H1000. Shot a 3-shot group that measured .466" center to center at 100 yards in a 10 mph variable cross-wind. There was almost no vertical spread in the group. I didn't have my chrono with me but hope to bring it next time. Also had a pretty good group at 78 grains of powder. Might play around with both of those loads and see if I can consistently get 1/2 MOA groups out of them. The photo should be rotated 90 degrees - that's a horizontal group, not vertical.
