Hog Hunt in Orlando area. Bringing meat back to Canada

Wanting to take the boy on a Hog hunt while we are in the area doing the Disneyworld thing. Having a hard time finding out what the rules are for getting meat back into Canada. Usually when your hunting or fishing and bringing meat back you have a license to prove what you were after and it is your proof of what you were after and where it came from. No license required for wild hogs in Florida. Anyone know the hoops of getting it back or if it is even allowed?
