Hoffman Boot Co Repair Feedback

Recently, based on reviews here, I mailed two pairs of Meindl hikers to Hoffman Boots to be resoled. Hoffman could not resole my boots and was HONEST ENOUGH TO CALL AND TELL ME! Not only that, but they forwarded my boots to a cobbler that they highly recommended, so that they could be repaired. This tells me all that I need to know about Hoffman Boots and the customer service that they provide and this honest, hard working, American company will receive my future business!

I always like to hear of businesses being up front and honest and then going above and beyond to help a customer out. I am in the market for some new boots and pacs. I will for sure be looking at them.

As someone who lives local to Hoffman and will be buying boots from them shortly myself, I can honestly say the locals here cannot say enough good things about them and their boots.

If you mention their name around here, you get several people talking about how great they are.
