We have an opening at Salmon River Solutions here in Post Falls, Idaho! We are very busy, and need help getting caught up so we can continue to develop new products for hunting and comp shooting.

CNC LATHE MACHINIST, MILL EXPERIENCE is a plus. We program using Fusion 360. We have two Doosan Lynx lathes, one is a Y axis, and a DMG MORI duraturn 2 axis lathe.

This is for an off shift position, and we are flexible on how it is structured.

Relocation aid available to the correct candidate.

Overtime available.

2 weeks vacation accrued per year and 8 hours added to that every year you have worked here.

Quarterly bonus program.

Health Insurance

Pay $25-$38

Now for the stuff everyone here will like.

We try to keep SRS as a great place to work for. We always have snacks, redbulls, electrolyte packets etc. We are adding a 0-30 degree incline treadmill at the new shop, as well as a little bit of gym equipment, as most of us are hunters.

Industry discounts

Match fees covered if you shoot competitions

We are moving in January / February, this position would start after we are settled.

Free factory seconds on whatever we make.

Please shoot me an email with a resume at [email protected].

And share to anyone who you think might be interested!

Wanted to add after the edit to your OP, that’s a solid opportunity. I’m not sure of the cost of living in your area, but the pay is good. I’m a machinist and it’s nice to see a successful small business that is willing to pay for a good machinist. 👍

Having worked for 4 or 5 other outfits (one of which was my dads mold shop) I try to do stuff for the employees to make them happier. An employee that isn't happy is extremely unproductive vs. one that is.

And I did add pay scale and more info.

Glad to see some employers that care for their staff
