I've got three rifles now with the burris 3-9x40 rimfire scope couldn't be happier with them.
I have a crimson trace 4-12x40 on my tx1 now. Not sure I'm sold on it

Got the SWFA UL mounted and so far it compliments the T1X nicely. Only shot 2 squirrels with it so far. Usable from 2.5-10x although you lose a little clarity at about 9x or so. Still enough clarity to hit a squirrel head even at 10x. Super light, adjusted how it should during zeroing, overall I’m liking it a lot for small game.

Burris XTR2s have been on clearance for a while. I've got one in 4-20. Its a big scope, but it wont be a problem shooting sitting against a tree, balanced on a limb, or off the tripod. Way nicer scope than I have ever had a on 22. its on a T1x in a Element chassis. Parallax goes down to 50.

I’ll be putting one of these on my next rimfire… they seem to be highly rated and suggested in the rimfire hunting community

I run a Nightforce NXS 2.5-10x42 on my B14r in 22lr for squirrel hunting and practice during fall to spring. Then move it over to my b14r 17hmr for prairie dogs in the summer. I use Nightforce rings and pic rails on all my rifle so switching is easy. Its a strange scope in the sense it cost as much as a 2.5-20 nx8 and needs some updating but they really fill a niche that's there is not much else to choice from.
