Looking for some recommendations for lightweight rings for my lightweight rifle build.

I have been using one piece rings. I want to switch to a picatinny rail on this build so I can change optics easily if needed. Thx.

I am doing a build with the Hnt 26. Also was playing around with the idea to put a send it on it. Would work well with the MDT rings. I will check them out.

Nightforce UL are always good. I’m also using some Ken Farrell aluminum which are good so far.

I have 6 or so sets of the Nightforce UL with excellent results. Another to look at is Unknown Munitions. All their stuff has been top notch so far.

Nightforce.

Do a little reading on material properties (different types of aluminum) and investigate which type goes into each manufacturer's rings. Then buy Nightforce.

Best regards,
John

Sorry to revive an old thread, what are thoughts on Farrell rails to match Farrell rings? Murphy titanium for strength over the aluminum?

7075 Al is pretty close in strength to grade 6 Ti for what matters in a pic rail and is lighter. This is a situation were the more exotic solution is not better.
