The Buddy Heater has always been to big for my small camper and I came across this. Korea Cupid Lots of videos on YT to ck out.

Thanks for the post. Make sure u add "heater" before you search. ;)

HERE is a youtube video with a review. Some good comments for the video why a Mr. Buddy may be better fit for most heat seekers.

Oh man, that little heater looks awesome!
I'll have to add it to our list 😄

Are you pretty happy with it?

So far I'm very happy with it. I still use the Buddy Heater to initially warm the camper then switch. I bought butane from Sam's for a little over two dollars a can.

So now you carry two heaters instead on one?

How long does it run on one can?

I haven't timed it myself but if I recall from videos I watched its close to 4 hours
I've always carried a spare heater because a failure would be trip ending for me.

Cool, I do like the smaller form factor. My question is, what advantages does this unit offer over a buddy heater?

On paper the BTUs are a wash. One is larger but comes with some safety features that might be of interest to some users. One is smaller but lacks safety features. Both produce water vapor as a byproduct, requiring condensation management

I'm not criticizing the Kovea. I just want to understand if/how/why it's better in some ways, vs a buddy.

With the Buddy Heater in my small space it's a non stop on and off all night because it's too big for the space. With this smaller one I can leave it on constantly. Overall it's been way more comfortable. Like with the Buddy Heater I don't sleep with it on.

Edit: It's not near as clammy inside either using this Kovea heater.
