I have a left foot that is 8.9 std, and a right foot that is 8.4 EE. Talking with a buddy who knows a good bit about boots and the likes. He said "Get wide and 1/2 size up". I have read that the Crispi Nevada in EE "feel longer". If this is true (never wore any Crispi), I am hesitant to get a 9.5 because it might feel super long. Looking for some insight as to if the EE really do "add length", and thus probably a 9 in my case. I'll also run a Currex Hike Pro High Arch orthotic in them as well.

Any experience is appreciated.

I have broken in some Nevadas the last few months... 9.5 regular width. My first Crispi pair as well. The sizing was a little bit larger/longer in toe box than I expected, but not enough to send back and request a size down. I've liked the little bit of extra room in the case I need some thicker socks. 1/2 size down in that EE width is what I would recommend if you are worried.

I wear wide shoes.

The Crispi Thors in "regular" width are already wide.

I got my first pair at a show. I told the booth operator that I had wide feet and the guy said try the regular width first.

I was thinking "whatever dude" but he was right, and I didn't bother trying on the wide ones.

I'm 3 pairs deep on Thor 2's now.

I usually buy 10.5 if available, 11 if I have to. I wear 44 Crispis.
