help me pick rings

I have a tikka t3x that shoots lights out. Its topped with a nightforce 5.5-22x50. Ran talleys for many years but they finally caught up to me and broke after a nominal bump. FYI the rings/scope were professionally installed.

Looking to switch to the UM rings or maybe nightforce. I like the idea the the UM rings don't need a rail (one less piece to potentially malfunction).
