Seekins are great rifles but the new models just knocked it out of the park. Best factory rifle on the market

I’ve yet to see one at our private club range. Our club’s not cheap, so I know we must have members who can afford one.

They changed to a 60 degree bolt throw, added the cheek riser, have a quick change barrel system, added different barrel length options, and didn’t change the price with all those additions.

Everyone thinks a 60° bolt is so great, it increases cocking forces by 33% unless they cut corners elsewhere. All for what? A lil more scope clearance? I don't get the hard-on present in the industry for this right now.

I have multiple terminus, accuracy International atx, serveral American rifle Co 3 lugs. 7, yup seven, how big is your sample size?

If they don't have heavy lift, they are splitting the forces of cocking 50/50 on open and close, if its all cock on open, then they are using a light firing pin spring, which reduces the consistency of ignition. Enjoy your 3 lug seekins.

Your're probably right. I'm sure Seekins cut many corners to offer the 60.
