i am in the market for a 7mm prc amd have narrowed it down to 2 guns. but i am stuck between a Christensen mesa fft titanium or a fierce CT rogue.

i was just hoping for some insight or some pros and cons on either gun as i have read some good and bad about either but just hoping someone that shoots one can steer me in the right direction. thanks

Came here to say exactly that ^^^
Although my CA rifle was the most accurate rifle I own by a narrow margin. Sadly, the barrel finally gave up the ghost and I have yet to start working up a load for the new barrel.
IF you get a good one from either company it should be a tack driver. Just hope that you don't need customer service.

The 7 PRC should serve you well though. With ELD-M's we have taken everything from small Ozark deer to Texas pigs to waterbuffalo. Bang! Flop! with high shoulder shots.

I’ve shot multiple of the two rifles you mentioned. I wouldn’t recommend either of them for a hunting/field gun.

The Tikka mentioned by others is a great choice for reliability with lots of aftermarket support.

The UM build may be a bit out of your budget, but it isn't a bad option.

For the price range that you are in based on the two you posted, I would recommend a Seekins or a Browning X-Bolt 2 SPR.

I gambled on a Fierce Carbon Rival and haven't had any issues. I'm super impressed by how light it kicks for a fairly hot round in a lightweight rifle. It's been plenty accurate too.

It’s interesting when I hear about the issues with CA. I don’t own one but in my circle of hunting friends there is a total of 6 CA’s and all of them are shooters, not a single issue with any of them that I have heard.

To the OP, I’d look hard at the Seekins. I’ll be getting a PH3 6cm for daughter next year.
