This is my 18” 6 creed I put together last summer. I really happy with it so far. Supper easy to put together and shoots better than I can. Loving it so far.

I’m putting together “my 4 year old’s” rifle now, or I guess option 3… have T1x, have 16” 223ai, her “big gun” will be another Tikka in 6 Dasher. Need to pick up that pink vertical grip one of these days.

Very cool perfect to me that's what I done for mine. I haven't got to the big gun step yet but do have a few things they could use if one morning 223's bounced off and we needed 6mm by the afternoon...grin. Thinking 6gt just because I have a guy local turning out good ones.

A man, who is actually not very wise, but I think the saying is, once told me to never tell another man what to do with his money, but I'm going to chime in any way.

Why not get the kid a stock 223 tikka or other and let the kid enjoy shooting before spending money on a custom rifle? The fact is, the kid is just as likely to enjoy dancing as he is building custom rifles. If after a couple years he really enjoys it, wouldn't it be a better gift then to let him pick the components himself and build out a custom 6mm with him as a bonding experience?

That’s exactly why I’m building rifles too!

I have one in the works for my wife, and my 2 year old daughter, and my one year old son!

I’m such a good papa!
