Help identify and value this SxS

Roksliders, I need some help.
I friend brought me side by side shotgun to look over and value along with several other firearms. I can't find anything on this gun in "the bluebook value of guns" i have a few photos and can snap more if needed. Thanks in advance

Box lock or side?

How's the wood?

Looks like extractors... yes/no?

Lock up is left or right of center?

Single selector/double or no?

Box lock
Wood is decent at best, not terribly neat up or void of finish but has soaked up oil over the years
Locking bar comes in from the left side

It’s a lower grade Spanish double, probably from the 1970s or 80s. I believe Eibar is a town or region in Spain where several gunmakers work, not a company. These are great bird guns. If it’s functional, it’s probably worth $500-700 to the right person on line. $300-500 if you sell it locally. A lot of these were made as export guns and were shipped all over Europe. Some were sold new in the US under various names. My guess is that one was imported used, perhaps from the UK. I have an Ugartechea 12 ga that probably came in the same way.

That's what I was hoping to find out. Just a ballpark idea. It locks up tight and both barrels are in excellent shape but one of the chambers has some pitting. Other than the chamber is a nice little gun but not my thing, I prefer O/Us. He is selling several old guns that he had for years that he never used to find a single nice rifle/scope set up for it west. I might let him know and throw it on Armslist for $3-400 then and see what happens. Thank you for the help in an area that I'm not well versed.
