Help a Hunter, Free Gear

Looking for a hunter, preferably someone needing a jump start to get into the sport, who NEEDS gear sizing L to XL. I have an assortment of clothing and gear that I simply will not use anymore and would prefer to see if go to someone who would need and appreciate. If you know of someone, or even yourself, throw your name in hat and note as to why you’d like them/you to have it. Include mailing address. I’ll randomly select recipient(s) and mail.



Items range from Flannels to Sitka, May throw is some fishing gear as well. To clarify, I’m paying shipping.

Wow you guys are impressive. I'm a MN whitetail hunter that went on my first western hunt last year. This is the year that I am gearing up for my first mule deer hunt. Turns out that heavy wool and fleece, cheap scopes and big winter boots don't work very well for western hunting. So I just used my pheasant hunting jeans and an skiing backpack antelope hunting in MT last year, little less than ideal. I have been using the classified here a lot. I bought an older Kifaru Argali and some other stuff but I a long way from having the kind of gear that I probably need.

If you guys have gear that you don't use any more that you want to sell for a good price I would be interested. I'm a size XL in most stuff, size 38 pants usually. I haven't even started looking at tripods or spotting scopes, I am still using a pair of lower end Leopold binos that were a xmas present! haha

I am in the process now of collecting my first set of clothing. Just started hunting in FL and doing a CO hunt in October. I am buying things as I can at discount, but still missing quite a bit of stuff. I didn’t realize how tactical the clothing is and pricey. I may not be the best candidate as I live in FL vs someone living out West but I would be happy to accept whatever you got. Thx

Probably a large 5’11 175lbs

I have been lurking here for awhile and learning what I can. I have merino on base layer shirts, puffy jacket via drop, boots, but have been looking for deals on base layer bottoms, pants, rain clothing. I will be at 10,000 ft in Colorado in October, so not sure what temps or weather to expect. Thanks all!
