I have a pair that I use for the absolute coldest days out snowboarding.


I bought these because they are a merino blend, which is very hard to come by in the heated sock world. You can definitely spend more money and there are more reputable brands on the market, but not sure you'll actually find any with a merino blend. The batteries that came with mine did not hold a charge well, but CS sent me another pair of batteries that work fine. I think the ones I got originally were old.

Many of the more pricier options have a bluetooth control for temp and on/off which, upon using these for skiing, I can see the value of. Not sure if you would want that for hunting, depending on the type of hunting, but for skiing I would advise that feature after having used them because I usually just want them on for the lift ride and not the downhill. Could be a pain to manually adjust them in a treestand, but not a big deal for glassing.
