Heading to Wyoming!

Both myself and my 15 yr old daughter drew Region C area 23 tags for this yr. she also drew antelope. This will be her first western Hunting trip! She is so excited. Been practicing hard with lots of rounds down range and mostly off a bipod. She is doing very well. Oct can’t get here soon enough!

When do do you guys plan to hunt Roy? I have antelope for 22 and deer for region C myself. I usually hunt the area West of this but am giving this region a go this year. Will be out Sep 29-Oct 09.

We are flying into Billings and driving down to Sheridan on the 5th. Hunt 6-9th and fly back the 10th.

Congrats! What an awesome experience that will be for her! I drew a region C deer and unit 16 (26 for deer) antelope tag. My brother who put in for both with me drew neither (we didn’t do a group thinking the antelope tag would be easy and the deer tag would be a bonus if one of us drew) but I think I have him convinced to come along anyway.

Now I’m trying to figure out if 16 will have deer on public or do I need to look at all of the region for the deer tag...
