Has anybody had trouble ordering from hawk. I placed an ordered 2 weeks ago and still no email confermation. I had sent 3 emails with no response. I have called 2 Times and say on hold for 20 minutes each time. So far the only thing they are good about is taking you money as soon as your border is placed.

Horrible company and worse customer service. You will have to pound the phones and plan on a long wait. Why people keep buying the products is amazing. Good luck and I hope it works out for you.

Chinese junk produced for profit...not function. They are interested in anything else.

Yeah my interactions were poor as well. I do like their treestand that I have though. But I won't buy anything else out of principal.

You would think they could at least respond to a email. Say on hold today for another 25 minutes waiting for for a person to pick up. Same respond nothing
