This doesn't show where it connects to the crossbar via carabiner, but it shows the setup at the target.

The problem with T-post designs is that after a few hits, the T-posts get cut down and collapse.![]()
AR 500 T post steel target hanger hook (1-Single) | eBay
Hang target and ready to go. - Works great with single and dual hole AR500 Gongs and or IDPA Torso targets.www.ebay.com
I've used these a bunch. They kick ass for the price and T posts are everywhere
What are you cutting it with? My circular saw didnt like cutting horse mat or conveyor belt very much. What we've done for the last few years is buy semi truck mud flaps from the local truck stop. A 24x48 sheet is like $20. They last a long while, can take the shrapnel, easy to work with, and cheap as it gets
A utility knife works well. A reciprocating saw also works. What are you cutting it with? My circular saw didnt like cutting horse mat or conveyor belt very much.
Yeah, that looks like a very unstable design. I make brackets out of electrical conduit (they each accept two legs and a crossbar) but use rebar for the legs and crossbar themselves. It seems like the electrical conduit gong options are overrated.
I picked one up and hit the set of legs that came with it with a compact track loader. I suck other stuff besides shooting!
I went to Lowe's to get new legs and conduit is $25 a stick now, and this thing flops around like a dead ungulate while trying to place it.
