Make sure the small fine adjustment knobs are snugged up after you tighten the allen. I had mine make some vibration noise and that's what took care of it

I felt the same after I got mine installed, but after shooting with some other people no one else could hear what I was hearing. I decided it wasn’t loud enough to matter.

It just sounds like the rest its self slaps down. Its not touching the riser and if you flick the arrow containment piece it sounds the same.

There are two screws on the bottom that control the stops for when it rises up and is pulled down. Replace the down screw with a nylon and some nylon washers to fine tune the bottom stopping point. Significantly decreases that noise. I did it 4-5 years ago so I don’t remember the screw size

I have one of these rests in the mail now. I will have to make sure to look into this as well.

The factory stop screw is an 8-32 x 7/16. So if you can find a 8-32 x 1/2, just adjust the effective length with a couple washers under it.
