Anyone have any experience with these? I’m hunting 3 weeks in Alaska in late September/early October and was thinking of wearing these. Will be doing a Grizz hunt in 13e and then flying out to Kodiak for a goat hunt. I like the idea that I can wear them and not mess with gaiters. My only question is how waterproof are they? Is it a poor assumption that these could completely eliminate the use of gaiters?

I might have the name mixed up, but I think Akicita has these. Try reaching out to him

I’m 95% sure that’s the model I ordered ( Haglofs for sure) a year ago. Ridiculously loud just walking in the house. Too bad because they fit as though they were custom, built like a tank and very comfortable. Had to return them sadly. Seriously the ones I got were too loud for even rifle hunting imo.

So that’s my initial thoughts too. I was super impressed but thought they were way too loud. I was hoping maybe they quieted up over time. I primarily bow hunt so it looks like these are off to the classifieds.

Yeah, they are made to be durable as hell, not quiet though. Some guy on here really likes them, in terms of an all around pant. I havent owned one, but have felt them in the store. Super comfy, tough, I have no doubt they would stand up to brush busting like a champ, but they are loud.
