One of the most accurate loads I’ve ever loaded for the .257 was 115 Grain Nosler Ballistic Tip with 66.0 gr H4831. For the life of me I can’t remember where I got that load data from. Maybe an old Lee Reloading manual or something like that. Anyone have this info. I’m looking for estimated Vel in a 26 inch bbl. And also the Max charge with this bullet/ powder combo.
thanks!

Mark my Hodgdon Manual #26 shows 117g with 66.0g H-4831 as the max load and 3436fps and 52,300 CUP. This was with a 26” barrel.

Funny seeing you shown here as a “Junior Member”:)

Quickload shows 3337 FPS with that combo in a 26" barrel. That is the max load according to QL.
