Gym Based Program?

I'm looking for a "practical" gym-based program that also included cardio, rucks ect. Looked into Mtn tough, gave it a go and it's just not working trying move around a busy gym. The minimal equipment home-based stuff is not motivating for me personally. When I raced dirtbikes and we had programs that were designed around this and were very effective. Trained 5 days a week between in the gym or cycling/running/mtn bikes and left the weekend to ride the bike or race. Hoping there is something similar in this discipline except I would assume heavy pack/mtnbike/incline for the non-gym days. Hopefully someone has seen something like this or maybe I need to dig up my old workouts and modify. Just seems like there should be a program that works into busy life and a busy gym... Thanks!
