Initial thoughts:

Action is wayyy better than the nxt 1.0
Bolt is super light for lift and the trigger is extremely crisp.

Really looking forward to your thoughts after you get some shooting done. I still havent picked up my gen 1 nexus from the shop yet, its waiting for me but i havent had time but from what i heard about the gen 1, it wasnt exactly a bear to lift the bolt so the gen 2 must be like pulling a hot knife through warm butter
