Yes they shipped my bushings and the bipod is working like new. We'll have to wait and see what happens this hunting season.

Any luck with the new bushings handling water better? My bipod is extremely clean and I got a little rain on it while backpacking this weekend… everything is locked up unless you yank on it.

No sorry mine hasn't been wet since. If your's isn't updated just contact them and get the new kit sent out. They say it's the fix and it's free.

They sent me new bushings. Hopefully that fixes the issue

Yeah we’ve got this sorted out now with an aftermarket fix.

What is the aftermarket fix you speak of? I just ordered the bipod and would really like to use a pic/arca mount. Thanks.

It’s a repair kit through gunwerks. They made new bushings that aren’t susceptible to Swelling when soaked. I’d reach out to GW and ask if you bipod has the updated bushings or the old ones. All new purchases have the updated bushings in them, so if you ordered it within the past month, I think you’re fine.

Well I just went through the Washington early rifle Blacktail season. Rained on my rifle many days of the season. Bipod still works flawlessly after the new bushings.

Was more interested in the fix for the arca/pic rail mounting issue that NSI was talking about.
