I have been using a prototype of the new Gunwerks bipod for the last couple of months. It has a lot of height adjustment and is stable, considering how light it is. I used it at one PRS-type club match and plan to use it at the NRL Hunter match (which should be a great test for it) at the end of February.

It weighs exactly 12 oz on my scale and mounts to Picatinny.

I just talked to Landon at Gunwerks and he said they are now shooting for a late March release on this due to everything they are working on.

Nice, what are the specs for adjustment heights?

I measured it from 5 3/4" to 19 1/4" at the Picatinny rail.

The legs have three sections.

Nice! I’ve been waiting for this since you first posted a pic of it during a hunt. Gunwerks replied quickly to my questions. Bummer the release date got pushed, but anything before spring /summer will work.

Any indication price?

Killed two deer with the Spartan javelin long legs bipod, up a steep incline, seated this season. Very effective and light.
Idk if screwing and unscrewing legs to adjust height is what most people want.
Personally the lack of adjustment and attachment method of the spartan does not interest me.
