Gun sling for packs modifications

I have the stone glacier gun sling they sell it doesn't seem to be as readily available as I'd like. It seems it is more for packing your rifle in and not needing it if you jump something. Has anyone used a Stone Glacier bottom and a Kifaru top? I am honestly looking for any input.

I used to have a kifaru pack and was able to use my kifaru specific (non-universal) gun bearer with my Seek Outside. I'm not familiar with SG packs or their sling, does it attach to the belt or the bag or frame? I the belt, if allows the butt to be low (at least lower than the bottom of the belt) and won't preclude the rifle to lean forward 15-20 degrees it should work fine with the kifaru top. For the top I'd probably go with their universal although the non could be as good or better depending on the sg shoulder strap.
