What’s your point? Every mechanical can fail. The Sevr probably just sucks less than most of them. Over the top designs are just the worst. Hard quartering shots can sheer, without a pass through your left with no blood trail, and you get a really long aluminum ferrule that is prone to bending. I just don’t understand the fascination with trying to kill an elk with the shittiest broad-head possible . I know it can be done. Dude and Cameron are doing it on the regular. Maybe this is why everyone wants to follow.

Don’t sell Sevr short. They suck just as much if not more if you hit something hard on entry like a rib as you can see from the video.

I would sell them all short sir. That’s what they are anyways, a short cut.

I like the carni four a lot but I like the mini mag even more. I have had some tremendous blood trails with these small 1.25” heads. Here are a couple of kills from last week.

I shot the doe behind the last rib and it exited through the front of the chest, through the front leg and buried in the dirt. Buck was just straight though broadside. Do went 60 yards and the buck went about 40.

Awesome job and great pics. I like the small profile of the Mini Mag. It flies like a dart.
