Will the medium tall first lite pants fit 34x32?

Yes, but depends on fit your looking for. These fit 32-34 waist size, less room for layering if your a 34 waist guy.
The length is about 34 on these. I’m a 32 inseam and these gathered a bit at bottom but they taper a lot on lower leg and they rode fine on me with boots - longer than I needed but not too long.
