I recently tore my uncomphagre puffy at a seam right along the pocket. First lite sent me a brand new one no questions asked!
Their warranty process was quick and painless. Just wanted to share my good experience, I love their products and their commitment to conservation, and after this experience, I will be a lifetime customer. Good luck to everyone hitting the mountains...cheers to all

Yep...I had a zipper issue with mine and they replaced it as well.
Excellent customer service.

I'll echo the above. Bought a pair of guide pants last year and they had bad stitching at the zipper flap. I was out of time told them my situation and they were out of stock. I sent them a picture and they Told me to hunt in them if I could and they sent me a new pair when they had them in stock. After my seasons. Included a return lable for the ill-stitched set.
 
Their great customer service is a big part of why I'm switching most my clothes over to them this year. I like being able to call a shop (like Kifaru) and the guy/gal who answers actually knows about the products and how we use them. I also had a chance to meet a few of the Firstlite team last winter and they were all really good people.
 
This is good to hear cause I was a little annoyed at my recent experience with a pair of torn boxers. They requested a picture which is reasonable but then they also requested I send them back, at my own expense. Neither of which are unreasonable but I was surprised that a shipping label wasnt provided. After all that though, they ended up being out of stock in pine, and asked if fusion would be an ok replacement. I didn't care either way but the fusion are more expensive
