Great customer service from Kenetrek

Bought a pair of Mountain Extremes last year and had the dreaded heel slippage issue that they are known for. Contacted them, they sent me the patches to try, chose the ones that fixed the slippage, sent the boot in and within two weeks had them back. They even gave me a courtesy call when the boot arrived there. Very happy with Kenetrek!!

What patches? Never heard of them. Kenetrek doesn't show them in their catalog.

They they sent me these quilted patches that were two different sizes. Had me try which ones fit the best and send the and the boot to them and they sew them to the back of the liner sock. Fits like a dream.
