Bought one of the flagstaff stocks with the mini chassis on a whim last night purely based on price. Any new feedback on these since you’ve had them?

I like the stock and chassis from what it cost, still havent put together the build yet or shot it. I did notice the inlet for the chassis into the stock is a bit off and I cant flip the safety down all the way, which is a major concern but should be able to be fixed with a dremel.

I bought one for my Bergara wilderness ridge. Fantastic setup, the grip angle is extremely comfortable compared to the factory stock. Hunted with it this season to see how I liked it, very comfortable to shoot offhand. I ordered another one to put on another rifle, I like the “mini chassis” concept but wouldn’t want to buy a bunch of them and swap actions in and out of one stock.

Only grief I have with it is the QD sling cups… i would never personally use a QD sling for hunting applications.

I also set one up on a RA 6.5. Not bad for 200 yards, 5 shot group with 143 ELDX. I do like theQD cups as it allows for much better slings Than traditional style.

Anyone recently drop tested a Grayboe? My kid went full Form on mine a couple years ago. Had the rifle on a tripod in my room. He somehow managed to tip the whole works over and the butt stock snapped off. From about 3.5' off the ground.
Grayboe and redhawk made it right though. Honestly amazing service.
